When I was in elementary school, we were assigned to make an About Me board. Each week a new kid's board was tacked to the bulletin board behind the teacher's desk.
There were required elements. I had to lie on some of mine.
Who was my hero? Made it up.
Favorite sport? Made it up.
Favorite food? Made it up. I liked food in general.
But, now? I think, I've finally discovered my favorite food.

Garlic.
I know it's not actually a food. It's a part of other foods. It's an ingredient. But, it's still my favorite. I have yet to find a garlic-laden food that I don't enjoy.
Vegetarian Chicken Noodle Soup? (That would be with no chicken or chicken stock in it.) Delicious.
Garlic Bread? Required at nearly every meal.
Roasted Garlic can even replace butter on bread. Or serve as an excellent pizza topping.
If a recipe calls for two cloves of garlic, I put in six. Or eight. Even better. It can do no wrong.
By all rights, I should reek of garlic. Alas, I do not.
PS - I smell like clean laundry, thank you very much.
